2. Our Services

We provide wedding choreography for couples, families, and groups through in-person and online sessions. Services include dance instruction, music curation, editing, and performance preparation.

3. Booking & Payment

• Advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

• Balance payment must be made as agreed in advance.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session may be non-refundable.

• Date rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Trial Sessions
​
We offer a one-time free trial session per client. This helps you understand our teaching style before booking a full package.

5. Client Responsibilities
​
Clients must attend rehearsals on time and notify us of delays in advance. Missed sessions due to no-shows may be forfeited. Cooperation is expected to complete choreography within the booked duration.

6. Choreography Ownership
​
All routines, moves, concepts, music edits, and content created by Rhythm of Shaadi remain our intellectual property. Reuse or distribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Travel & Outstation Events
​
For weddings outside Delhi-NCR, clients are responsible for covering travel, stay, and local transport for the choreographers, in addition to the service fee.

8. Health Disclaimer
​
Clients participate at their own risk. Please disclose any medical issues before sessions. Rhythm of Shaadi is not liable for any injuries or health concerns during rehearsals or performances.

9. Media Usage
​
By booking us, you grant permission to use images or videos from your sessions or events for our marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing to opt out.

10. Website Use

You may browse our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Content, logos, and media may not be copied, reused, or modified without written consent.
